A 2014 account reports that the Naisogoika Women's Group was founded in 2012 with 32 women and was involved in producing virgin coconut oil. Alumita, the group's president, worked on making cooked coconut oil curds, called sinusinu, with Lagakali, cinnamon and Uci.
