Another historical highlight is Molino Colorado: built in 1586 as the grain mill of the country's largest hacienda, it later belonged to the Sánchez Navarro family. The experience combines an introduction to cheese-making with the chance to sample different varieties.

Another package planned in the 2025 tourism portfolio included a visit to the municipal administration offices. The visit was to cover the area's history and legends, as well as the significance of Francisco de Urdiñola and his connections to the founding of Saltillo, Monterrey, Cerralvo, and other places in Coahuila and Nuevo León.
