Culture and History
The area around Ts’iplovana is associated with the nearby points of interest Ortubani Nunnery Monastery and Sarkineti’s Shio-Mgvime Church. The Dzama Valley is home to up to 60 historical monuments, including churches, monasteries, fortresses, towers, and natural attractions. In Gverdzineti, two preserved towers stand on opposite banks of the Dzama River; they once guarded the lower part of the valley.

Bateṭi Lake is mentioned as one of the points of interest listed near Ts’iplovana. A 25-meter-high waterfall is located near Abukhalo Mountain in the Dzama Valley. The Abukhalo trail leads to Bardzimjvari Summit, offering views across the Kartli region.
