Chubini Wine Cellar is a small, family-run winery that produces natural and authentic Qvevri wines. Chubini offers guests family-style dinners and accommodation. It also provides an opportunity to learn about Georgian winemaking traditions.

Culture and History
The Ghvtaebis Church in Shilda is a late medieval hall church built of alternating river stone and bricks and described as part of Kakheti’s cultural heritage. It is described as easy to reach; no physical exertion is required to visit it, and 30–60 minutes are considered sufficient.
Shilda Fortress stands on the left bank of the Chelti River. According to local tradition, it belonged to the Vakhvakhishvili family and was built between the mid- and late 18th century. Its documented design includes cylindrical corner towers as well as rectangular towers at the centres of the southern and western walls.
