Mountain Scenery
From Oberurmein, there are views of Piz Beverin and the surrounding mountain scenery. Lüschgrat and Glaser Grat are peaks in the immediate vicinity of Oberurmein. Piz Beverin and Verduschopf are also peaks in the area surrounding the village.

Rietberg Castle is a castle in the vicinity of Oberurmein. Paspels Castle, another castle, is also nearby.
Trails and Leisure
From Urmein, take the turn-off to Oberurmein and follow the signs for “P Skilift” or “Stellplatz”; do not drive through Flerden.
The Bischolapass is recommended as a beautiful hiking route starting from Oberurmein. Oberurmein also has a ski lift’s valley station.
