The Segnesböden can be reached from Flims via Grauberg or Alp Nagens. Parts of the Lower Segnesboden are designated as wetlands of national importance.

Water
At Lake Cauma, visitors can swim, use pedal boats, and try stand-up paddleboarding.
At Lake Cresta, rowing boats are available for hire, and there are also opportunities for stand-up paddleboarding.
Culture
The 6-kilometer-long Connbächli is considered cultural heritage in the municipality of Flims because it has been used to water livestock in Conn since the early Middle Ages.
The Yellow House in the center of Flims hosts exhibitions in a building that has won several architecture awards.
On the way
The Lower Runca Trail leads from Runcahöhe through the forest down to Flims.
The Trutg dil Flem can be hiked in sections, with several access and exit points, making it easily accessible for less experienced hikers as well.
The route to the start of the Connbächli at Conn begins at the Lake Cauma parking lot in Flims Waldhaus and is 3.2 kilometers long.
Winter
When cross-country skiing in Flims, trails lead through the winter forest. At the Ami-Sabi slope in Spalegna near Flims, there are blue runs for beginners' first turns.
PostBus routes 81 and 411 connect Flims with Fidaz, Laax, and Falera, and continue on to Chur and Ilanz.
