Konstpromenaden is an approximately 5-kilometre circular route through Hallstahammar, starting at Skantzen. The entire approximately 5-kilometre route is accessible to pushchairs and wheelchairs. Recurring events include: “Musik på Skantzen” is a long-standing tradition featuring live music on Wednesday evenings in July at Carmenladan. Konst & Kulturrundan takes place every year over the Easter weekend; local artists open their studios and exhibit their art. Getting around

Bus route 120 runs between Hallstahammar and Borgåsund; bus journeys within Hallstahammar Municipality are free of charge. After canoeing, visitors can take the bus from Strömsholm or Borgåsund back to Hallstahammar. The current timetable should be checked in advance.
