Videm: Holiday apartments and holiday homes
The municipality of Videm lies on the southern edge of the Dravsko polje plain, where the Haloze hills come closest to the branches of the Dravinja River. Along the Dravinja, Videm extends to the main transport route between Maribor and Zagreb.

Nature
On the outskirts of Videm lies the 125-hectare Šturmovci Landscape Park between the Drava and Dravinja rivers. Its landscape includes gravel habitats, shallow waters, cut-off river meanders, spring meadows, as well as flooded forests and meadows.
The Drava Natura 2000 Šturmovec educational trail passes through riparian forests, cultural landscapes, overgrown forests and gravel banks. Six interpretation points provide information about species-rich meadows; birds, butterflies and small mammals can be observed from a covered viewing point.
The Drava Double Loop cycling route passes through the landscape park. Šturmovci is also included in official nature conservation plans.
Trails
The Videmska planinska pot is an easy, 25-kilometre hiking trail. It passes through Šturmovci before reaching Videm pri Ptuju.
The Vineyard Trail begins in the settlement of Videm pri Ptuju. Part of the trail follows the same route as the E7 long-distance hiking trail.
Culture
The Church of St Vitus features architecture of medieval origin with Renaissance and Baroque elements, as well as a nave with two chapels, a polygonally ended chancel and a bell tower. The parish church was built as early as the Romanesque period and was first mentioned in 1320; it is listed as an immovable cultural monument under EŠD number 3482. The church complex in the centre of Videm includes, among other things, a former tower, a medieval rectory, a chaplaincy and a house surrounding the parish church. The parish church in Videm houses relics of Saint Donatus, which the inhabitants of Videm received from Rome in 1750.
On the right bank of the Dravinja in Dravinjski Vrh stands a Romanesque church dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. The Church of Saint John the Baptist is listed as an immovable cultural monument under EŠD number 3483 and is considered one of the oldest churches in Slovenia.
The Tržec Djočanova domačija Ethnographic Museum preserves the Zbirka haloškega roba collection. At Djočanova domačija, members of the association demonstrate traditional agricultural activities, including weaving fishing nets and baskets. The rooms can be used for picnics, meetings or educational workshops; rafting trips on the Dravinja are also possible.
A castle called Dranek (Tranek) once stood on a hill above a church. It was destroyed by the Turks in 1532 and fell into ruin, so no traces of it remain today.
Wine
Vidova klet is a sales and promotional centre for winegrowers from the Haloze wine-growing region. More than 25 bottled wines from 15 winegrowers in Haloze are presented there.
