Jesenské: Holiday apartment between church, nature trail and nature
In Jesenské stands the Roman Catholic Church of St. Wenceslas, regarded as the only church in Slovakia dedicated to Saint Wenceslas.
Culture
The neo-Gothic Roman Catholic Church of St. Wenceslas was built through the efforts of the local population. By autumn 1936, the church walls had been raised and the roof structure had been built. Jesenské is also home to the grotto for the statue of the Virgin Mary; it was consecrated on 5 June 1947. Thus, this place brings together a clearly named ecclesiastical dedication, a documented construction phase and a religious site with a fixed consecration date.
Nature
Jesenské lúky covers an area of 6.01 hectares. Under the name Jesenské lúky (SKUEV4033), it is a standardized site of European importance in the cadastral area of Jesenské in Levice District. Jesenské lúky is also associated with the Nitra Region and the Ponitrie Protected Landscape Area (CHKO Ponitrie). The natural area is therefore clearly defined both by its size and by its designation and the regional links mentioned.
Outdoors
The nature trail in Jesenské includes log benches and contact benches. There are also display cases and planted catalpa trees. The municipality received funding for establishing a nature trail in Jesenské as part of a project. There is a park next to the church. In Jesenské, the church, the adjacent park, the municipal office complex with its cultural centre and the garden form a meeting place for local residents and weekend visitors.

When comparing holiday apartments in Jesenské, you can review the respective offer pages using the same criteria. Before booking, pay attention to the exact location, the type of accommodation and the occupancy. Included services, individual price components, as well as booking and cancellation conditions are equally important. Depending on the offer, these points may be regulated differently; what matters, therefore, is what is specifically stated on the respective page. Look at the offers for Jesenské and compare these fields at your leisure before making your decision. When choosing accommodation, it is not general expectations that count, but the features that the specific offer actually states. This provides an objective basis for your own choice, without assuming characteristics that do not apply to every offer. Also check which period the conditions apply to and whether additional costs are shown separately. Information about arrival and departure, as well as possible deadlines for changes or cancellations, may also vary from one offer to another.
