Nature

The cadastral area of Mlynky extends into Slovenský raj National Park along its western edge. Most of the Mlynky area belongs to the buffer zone of Slovenský raj National Park. Regional bus route 810433 runs from Spišská Nová Ves via Hnilec and Mlynky towards Dedinky, Stratená, Dobšinská Ľadová Jaskyňa and Dobšiná. Mlynky is thus part of a bus route that connects several places and destinations in this direction.
