Those who want to explore Mrągowo in a playful way can try the quest “Mrągowscy Kowboje”: the route is 6 kilometres long and takes about two hours to complete. It starts at the Mrągowskie Centrum Kultury at ul. Warszawska 26. All you need to take part is a puzzle booklet; rhyming clues lead through the area and, at the end, to a “treasure”. The quest “Poznaj Mrągowo” offers another discovery trail, introducing the town’s history and sights.
There are also dedicated activities for other interests: the Lemur Park high ropes course offers dozens of obstacles and courses hundreds of metres long, with varying levels of difficulty. At the Museum of Military Technology, visitors can touch the exhibits and enter many of them as well. A longer perspective on the lake landscape is offered by the 36-kilometre Dajna kayaking route. It connects Piecki, Mrągowo and Święta Lipka, passing through the lakes of the Mrągowo Lake District.
