Konstancin-Jeziorna brings together parkland, a graduation tower and different chapters in the history of its villas. Park Zdrojowy lies in the centre of the spa district, while historic buildings tell the story of the town’s development. There is also a woodland walking trail with sports and leisure stations, as well as a museum offering papercutting workshops. Park Zdrojowy and the graduation tower

The main avenue in Park Zdrojowy connects Piłsudskiego Street with the graduation tower, providing a clear route between two of the park’s distinctive landmarks. The tower was built in 1978 and is considered the heart of the park. It is supplied with brine from a nearby borehole. The air in the surrounding area has a microclimate similar to that of the seaside.

If the park and graduation tower appeal to you, you can make them a focus when planning your holiday. The park combines a defined route with a structure whose brine source and construction date are easy to explore along the way. The green space and the building are not separate features: the avenue brings them together in the park. When choosing a holiday rental, it therefore makes sense to start by asking whether you plan to spend most of your time in this part of the park or whether other interests will take priority.

Villas and local history

The town’s architectural history also offers several points of interest. The water tower was built in 1899 together with the waterworks, based on a design by architect Edward Lilpop. It was commissioned by Towarzystwo Akcyjne Ulepszonych Miejscowości Letniczych. The tower is currently unused; its value to local history lies in its origins as part of the waterworks of the time.

Willa Kamilin was originally called “Halszka” and was built before 1919 on commission from the Jankiewicz family. In 1929, it was sold to Artur and Kamila Gornig, who named it “Kamilin”. Willa Gryf has a different architectural character: the two-storey building has pseudo-timber-framed gables and a polygonal corner tower topped by a steep roof. Its style is reminiscent of Alpine guesthouses. Their varied forms and stories make the villas a subject in their own right for anyone who wants to discover the town’s architecture as well as its park.

Woodland trail, museum and practical information

For outdoor exercise, there is the Konstancińska ścieżka zdrowia im. Tomasza Hopfera. This woodland walking route in Chojnowski Landscape Park is about 1,860 metres long. Seven stations with more than 30 sports and leisure facilities are located along the trail. If you like to add a walk in the woods to your stay, you can include this route as one possible activity.

One cultural activity is the free papercutting workshops at Muzeum Wycinanki. They take place every Thursday from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Check the museum’s current visitor information before making plans. The tourist information office is also located in Willa Kamilin at ul. Józefa Piłsudskiego 42, close to Park Zdrojowy. Visitors can get information there about local attractions and facilities, as well as materials for sightseeing, including maps and guidebooks, free of charge or for purchase. Check the latest details of what is available before your visit.

The park and graduation tower, villa history, woodland walking trail and museum each offer a different focus. When looking for a holiday rental, consider which of these interests will shape your stay. This helps you choose where to stay based on your plans, without needing every experience to play the same role.
