The yellow cycling route from Wołów via Wrzosy and Moczydlnica Klasztorna to Orzeszków is about 16 kilometres long and runs through the Jezierzyca Valley Landscape Park. The “Cudne Manowce” cycling route is 38 kilometres long. The county also has the signposted transregional Cistercian Route. There is a bathing area at Zalew Słup, managed by the municipal Sports, Tourism and Recreation Centre in Wińsko. Local history and special discoveries
In Wołów, several notable landmarks represent different eras: the town hall dates from the second half of the 15th century, while the Piast castle dates to 1157. The organs built by Adam Casparini in 1716 have been preserved in St Lawrence’s Church.
