The Žeimena Nature Trail was laid out along the river near Švenčionėliai. It is about three kilometres long each way; allow for this distance and take your own pace and possible breaks into account. Along the trail, visitors can learn about the plants and animals of the floodplain meadows and observe the Žeimena as it flows through the valley. Both the meadows and the river are therefore among the natural features of this route. An out-and-back walk along the same route is about six kilometres in total.
