Žuklijai by Lake Vilkokšnis

About 100 m west of the Žuklijų piliakalnis lies the small, hemispherical Piliakalniukas, also called the Žuklijų II piliakalnis; its slopes are gentle. The comparison brings two differently described hills into focus in close proximity: the Žuklijų piliakalnis is distinguished by its 5 to 8 m high slopes, summit platform and circular rampart, while the Piliakalniukas is smaller and rounded, with gentle slopes. This contrast draws attention to the different landforms nearby.

The “Vilkokšnio žiedas” tourist circular route is a walking and cycling route that passes through Žuklijai.
