The Petrašiūnai Railway Museum is located in the railway station building. It is one of two narrow-gauge railway museums operating in Lithuania. Advance registration is required for a visit.

Hiking

The Camino Lituano stage from Linkuva to Pakruojis is 23.2 kilometres long; a walking time of five hours is specified for it. Petrašiūnai is included as one of the listed points along this stage. Near Petrašiūnai, the stage crosses the Mūša.

Water and Landscape

A water tourism route for kayaking, rafting and canoeing is designated on the Mūša. Petrašiūnai is listed as one of the places along this water tourism route.

The Petrašiūnai-II quarry is a water-filled quarry pond created after dolomite extraction on the southern edge of Petrašiūnai. There is a beach on the southwest shore.

The stratotype section of the Stipinai regional stage is located at outcrops of the Mūša between Petrašiūnai and Svobiškis.

Dolomite extraction at the Petrašiūnai quarry began in 1959.
