The hillfort of Altoniškiai is dated from the 1st millennium to the beginning of the 2nd millennium. At the foot of the hillfort lies a 3-hectare settlement.

Geographical Location
The Altoniškiai hillfort can be reached via the Zapyškis–Kriūkai road: shortly before the Ova Stream, turn onto a dirt track leading to the upper terrace of the Nemunas; after about 50 metres, the path leads up to the hilltop.
