The Chiesa di San Martino is the oldest church in Montemagno; it houses the relics of Saint Coronato, the patron saint of Montemagno. The Chiesa di Santa Maria ad Nives has a single-nave interior ending in a triumphal arch. The Nicosia monastery is closed to the public, although exceptional openings take place during the year. Nearby, places where millstones for mills and oil presses were extracted from the rock are still visible. Hiking trail to Rezzano and connection via Calci

A hiking trail leads downhill from an old Augustinian convent to the old village of Rezzano and from there uphill to Montemagno. The route therefore includes a descent followed by an ascent; this sequence can be taken into account from the outset when planning the day. For regional orientation, it is also important to know that Calci can be reached from Pisa by buses 120 and 161 in around 30 minutes. Calci provides the regional arrival point as well as the connection to the trail network leading to the Rocca della Verruca. After the ascent, the trail ends in Montemagno, returning to the village.
