The vault of the presbytery and the third bay of the nave contain valuable frescoes completed by the Milanese artist Andrea Lanzani on 4 November 1689. The Museo del Dialetto dell'Alto Lario Occidentale was opened in Dosso del Liro in 2007 and is housed in a former municipal and school building opposite the church square.
