The Santella di Boér was restored by young people from Fonteno and decorated with frescoes by the Bergamo painter A. Bonfanti. The Chiesa dei Santi Faustino e Giovita was built between 1881 and 1883 in the Lombard Neo-Gothic style. Its main altar dates from the 17th century and features inlays of polychrome marble. Fonteno therefore combines experiences in nature with tangible historical and artistic details.
