The Teatro Caesar also broadens the cultural perspective: it has 302 seats and two spaces for people with disabilities. It reopened on December 14, 2003, after ten years of closure and three years of restoration work. Castello Theodoli stands out for its distinctive ship-like shape and can only be viewed from the outside.

The celebrations in honor of San Vito Martire traditionally take place on the weekend closest to June 15. They include a traditional flower procession or traditional flower carpet along the medieval town center. Gastronomic tastings are also part of the celebrations. The Sagra della Polenta e del Fritto Misto Sanvitese celebrates fritto misto as a traditional dish of San Vito Romano.
