Consolatrice del Carpinello and, on Monday, the procession of the Visciano Battenti, which begins in Visciano, passes through several neighbouring municipalities and returns to the local sanctuary.

For cycling travellers, the cycling pilgrimage from Visciano to the Basilica di Maria Santissima Consolatrice in Visciano is also of interest. It is associated with the Madonna del Carpinello, who is regarded as the patron saint of cyclists. A Roman villa rustica was also discovered in the hamlet of Pigna near Monte Donico. Its origins may date to the 1st century BC or to the late Roman imperial period.
