The Chiesa di San Maurizio di Moron is one of the oldest churches in the Aosta Valley. The statue of the patron saint of Amay, dated 1628, is kept in the Museo d'Arte Sacra in the hamlet's church. In Salirod, you can visit the cellars of the local dairy, where wheels of Fontina are stored and matured, and buy cheese as well as other locally produced goods. The Carnevale dei piccoli lasts one week and ends on Shrove Tuesday with a celebration in one of the town's squares, where polenta and sausages are distributed to everyone. For a completely different kind of evening, there is the Casino de la Vallée: it covers 3,500 square metres over two floors and has more than 400 electronic gaming stations. The Casino de la Vallée is open from 10:00 a.m. seven days a week.
