Culture
Along the dried-up Böjtény-völgyi stream, shards were found that point to prehistoric and Roman settlements. The ruins of Roman buildings were found in the Várhegy-dűlő area of Csajág. Röcsöge I. in Csajág is a surface settlement trace from the Neolithic period.
Two finds from construction work on the railway also form part of the village’s history: an altar stone dedicated to Juno and Minerva was discovered in Csajág. In addition, a fragment of a statue of Dionysus was found.
The Csajági Református Műemlék templom is a listed Reformed church in Csajág.
Landscape
Hiking is possible on the paths in the Makra-völgy near Csajág. Hiking is also possible on the paths in the Kiserdő near Csajág.
Several hills are located in the vicinity of Csajág: Hosszúmező, Csittény-hegy, Somlyó-hegy and Kesellő-hegy. The hill at the edge of the village now known as Röcsöge domb is also connected with the local tradition concerning the origin of the name “röcsöge”.
