Health Resort
Since 1989, the Marcali Spa and Leisure Centre has had officially recognised medicinal water containing sodium bicarbonate and chloride. The Fürdőgaléria, a permanent photo gallery, is also located in the open gallery area on the upper floor of the Marcali Spa. The Rózsa-kert project envisages the installation of a women’s sculpture park in the park-like grounds of Marcali’s municipal health spa.

Culture
The Bernáth Aurél Gallery is housed in a Bauhaus villa built in the 1930s, which is protected as a local heritage monument. It displays 30 works of art and personal memorabilia.
The permanent exhibition “Mesterek és műhelyek” at the Marcali Museum presents tools and craft knowledge from five former local trades: blue dyer, shoemaker, ornamental metalworker, gingerbread maker and rope maker. At the same time, the exhibition recreates the atmosphere of a market from the period between the two world wars.
The Church of the Annunciation of Our Lady in Marcali combines Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque stylistic features. The Kulturális Korzó Kortárs Galériája permanently displays works of art acquired by the town in 2007 and 2008. Marcali is also home to a Holy Trinity statue erected in 1884.
