The oldest building in Tiszaderzs is the ruin of a Romanesque Dominican church built in the 13th century. The ruin is of interest to travellers interested in specific aspects of medieval architectural history.

The surviving church ruin consists of a gable wall with a door opening. Its round-arched façade entrance and a small section of the northern wall preserve elements of brick architecture from the Árpád era.
