Culture and History
The Hajdúnánási Tájház (Hajdú Ház és Kovácsműhely) is housed in a building constructed in the late 18th century in the folk classicist style. The Tájház can be visited by prior registration.
The Helytörténeti Gyűjtemény, located in the centre of Hajdúnánás and free to visit, shows that Hajdúnánás was a Central European centre of straw weaving in the 19th century. Its products reached Paris and overseas markets.
