The Barefoot Park in Hasselberg offers more than 1.5 kilometers of barefoot, play, sensory and balancing stations on surfaces such as moorland, peat and wood. It also features a petting zoo with native animals and an 18-hole miniature golf course.
The circular route “Dike Paths & Forest Trails near Hasselberg” is 4.82 kilometers long and rated as moderately difficult. It runs along the sea between Hasselberg and Kronsgaard, leads through forests and open meadows, and starts at Hasselberg Campsite directly next to the Baltic Sea beach.
Culture
Johannes Mill is a cultural monument associated with the history of mill construction in Schleswig-Holstein. It is a two-story gallery Dutch windmill with a wooden mill body above an octagonal masonry base; the tower and cap are thatched.

Hasselberg’s tourist information office is located directly on the B199 and is described as easily accessible.
The Geltinger Birk nature reserve is located nearby: it covers 773 hectares on a peninsula at the entrance to the Flensburg Firth. Around 170 bird species can be observed there over the course of a year. A ranger regularly offers guided walks around Geltinger Birk.
