Geographical Location

Wolde is a municipality in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, east of Stavenhagen, and belongs to the administrative area of Treptower Tollensewinkel.

Wolde is located on State Road 273, approximately 14 kilometres west of Altentreptow and around 12 kilometres east of Stavenhagen. Federal Road 104 runs south of the municipality; the town can be reached via the Altentreptow junction of the A20 motorway.
