The “Am Pallert” Museum Park is located in the center of Bösel. It features a reconstructed half-timbered barn built from materials taken from two old barns: one came from Schmertheim, the other from Kneheim. The two places of origin are thus brought together in a single building; the barn makes its construction and reused materials a tangible part of local history. The Museum Park also includes a collection of old agricultural equipment from the region. The building and the collection offer two different ways to explore history: through the construction methods and through objects used in agriculture.

The EURO Music Days offer a different focus. They take place every year next to Bösel village park. The Soeste lowland can be explored from Cloppenburg via Ambühren. Many rare plant and animal species, extensive grassland areas, and natural woodland and marshland shape the landscape there. In Molbergen, the approximately 2,000-hectare Dwergter Sand woodland and heathland area has an extensive network of cycling, walking and riding trails.
