Grütz: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes

Grütz is a village at the end of a dead-end road on the Havel, between landscape and nature conservation areas. The Havel Cycle Route and the Havelland Cycle Route, part of the long-distance cycle route connecting Hamburg and Berlin, run through the village. From these routes, the needle weir can be reached in the direction of Schollene and Havelberg. Culture

The open village church in Grütz was rebuilt by 1806 after a fire destroyed the village in 1802. Its interior features a wooden pulpit altar with locally produced folk paintings, stained-glass windows depicting medieval figures, as well as bells dating from 1815 and from an earlier period.
