Public guided tours of Falkenberg Castle take place year-round on Sundays and public holidays at 3:30 p.m. The meeting point is at the castle bridge. There are no tours on Good Friday, All Saints’ Day, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. If you are planning a tour as a fixed part of your itinerary, bear these exceptions in mind. Groups of ten or more can also book tours outside opening hours.

At the start of the third Goldsteig stage, a short walk through Falkenberg is a good option. It takes in the castle, the historic townscape, a rocking stone and the communal brewery. This makes for a different day than the public castle tour with its set time: the short walk focuses on several Falkenberg sights.
