Swimming and play at the Lechtalbad

The Lechtalbad comprises an indoor swimming pool and a natural swimming pool, which opens during the summer months in addition to the indoor pool. The indoor pool run by the Landsberg am Lech district has a 25-metre sports pool with different water depths and a teaching pool; swimming and fitness courses take place there. The Lechtalbad also has a 63-metre waterslide. The natural swimming pool offers an expansive sunbathing lawn, a 50-metre swimming pool and a separate non-swimmer area. The Lechtalbad also has a baby and children's area, a play and mud area, a diving board, a 2.60-metre-high diving rock and a beach volleyball court.

In Alt-Kaufering, St. Johannes Baptist parish church is one of the most significant church buildings in the district.
