The Cultural and Historical Trail in Heroldsbach opened on 1 May 2007 to mark the 1,000th anniversary celebrations. A brochure with explanations of its 27 stops is available to download. Schloss Thurn Adventure Park: Rides, Animals and Play

Schloss Thurn Adventure Park offers more than 50 rides and attractions. These include a Western show, a cable car, a VR roller coaster and a free-fall tower. In addition to the rides, there is a large playground and many animal species. This mix offers different ways to plan a visit to the park: you can make the rides your main focus or also consider the show, playground and animals. The castle is also home to a noteworthy natural feature: more than 300 bats have lived in its roof for many years. The adventure park is closed in winter, so keep this restriction in mind when planning the timing of your visit. It can be reached via the A73 and by public transport.
