A break by the water at the Osterbach
The leisure area on the Osterbach has a bathing pond with clear water, sunbathing lawns and a children’s playground. A raft provides a way to cross the bathing pond. This makes for a different kind of visit than hiking the mill trails: you can plan time by the water and on the sunbathing lawns, while the playground gives children something of their own to enjoy. The leisure area’s multipurpose building has changing rooms, showers and a toilet, including an accessible toilet.

Local history and cycle paths
The Catholic parish church of St. Michael was built between 1747 and 1752, replacing an old, cracked church. The plans were drawn up by Johann Michael Schneidmann, master builder to the Passau cathedral chapter. Another musical event is the Liedertafel’s annual spring concert in Röhrnbach, which offers a variety of music.
There are also points of reference for cyclists in town: the Adalbert Stifter Cycle Path starts at the town hall, and the Danube–Forest Cycle Path passes through Röhrnbach.
