At the Käsbaur cheese shop, you can sample specialities made from organic Allgäu hay milk. The dairy is also part of a wider cheese-making network: it is one of fourteen selected dairies visited by the Allgäu Cheese Route. Tours are available by arrangement for groups of ten or more.
