Those who prefer a longer cycling tour can include the Estonian-Latvian Cultural Heritage Trail: it is designed as a 44 km round trip, with a 22 km section in one direction. The trail can also be travelled by bicycle and has information boards in Estonian, Latvian and English.

For shorter cultural explorations, the 2 km Koiva Cultural Heritage Trail, with cultural heritage sites, is available. Information boards accompany the trail. In addition, the Karula Cycling Trail partly overlaps with the Taheva Cycling Trail.
