Agger Church was built in 1838. Inside, there is a granite baptismal font dating from around 1200; an altarpiece and a crucifix from the 16th century are also mentioned. Fiskerhuset in Agger is a listed museum property and was probably built in 1749. An extension houses a special exhibition that addresses, among other things, life in Agger and how people dealt with difficult living conditions.

The Black Houses also tell the story of work on the coast: they housed workshops and sheds for locomotives that transported construction materials to the groynes.
