Radnevo: Holiday Apartments and Holiday Homes
The Archaeological Museum “Maritsa Iztok–Radnevo” preserves gold and silver jewellery from the Early Bronze Age, which are described as having no equivalent in Bulgaria.

Culture
The Church of Saint Ivan Rilski stands in the centre of Radnevo. Its construction began in 1873 and was financed mainly through donations.
The Archaeological Museum “Maritsa-Iztok” displays collections from the Chalcolithic period, the Late Bronze Age, the Roman period and the Middle Ages. It offers free visits and lectures; visits can be arranged in advance.
The Radnevo Art Gallery has more than 230 square metres of exhibition space. Its collection comprises 472 paintings, 141 graphic works and around 30 sculptures, as well as works of applied art. It also hosts temporary exhibitions by established galleries in Bulgaria.
During the Culture Days in May, the gallery hosts the annual plein-air event “Light, Earth, People” for painting and sculpture.
Events
The municipal cultural centre “Noncho Vodenicharov” has an auditorium with 536 seats, modern sound and lighting equipment, a revolving stage, an orchestra pit and a grand piano.
It presents concerts, stage productions, meetings with artists and cultural anniversary programmes.
The cultural centre also organises an international folklore festival featuring instrumental and dance groups. Over a period of 11 years, more than 70 groups from Europe, Africa and Asia took part.
The “Aldin Aldinov” City Library organises thematic lectures, meetings with authors, presentations of new books, literary celebrations and open lessons for children and school pupils.
Leisure
Radnevo’s Central City Park includes a fitness area with a variety of equipment. Seasonal plantings of trees, shrubs and flowers are arranged to provide shade around the children’s facilities.
The main path is made of coloured paving stones; asphalted side paths lead to the activity areas.
The park has picnic, café and relaxation areas with pavilions, as well as tables with benches. There are also two playgrounds for children aged 0–3 and 3–8.
The municipal sports complex includes halls for basketball, wrestling and bodybuilding.
