The estate known as “Semkovo Versailles” is considered one of the early examples of neoclassical architecture in the region. The most important and, in fact, only attraction in Semkov is the ruins of an extensive and magnificent estate complex from the late 18th century. The central building, a palace, was constructed from 1775 to 1780; at the same time, two side palace buildings and a park were created.
The Semkovo estate and park complex was designed from 1775 to 1780 under the direction of the Italian architect Carlo Spampani. The historic ensemble included a palace with two rounded terraces, two symmetrical side wings, an orangery, and a grand entrance gate. Before the Revolution, the Belarusian writers Yanka Kupala and Yakub Kolas visited the palace in Semkov.

Nature
The “Semkovo” ecological trail is about one kilometre long. Along the route, there are 40 educational information boards and signs. The trail leads through an apple orchard and a park and begins near Zelenaya Street in the agro-town of Semkovo.
The mouth of the Chernyavka River is located in the agro-town of Semkovo; perch, pike, roach, and crucian carp are found in the river and its reservoirs. The river and the reservoirs built along it are used for recreation and fishing.

Bus route 364 operates between the “Karastayanovoy” dispatch station in Minsk and Semkovo.
