The Udranka Reservoir is located in the “Udra–Rybchanka” recreational zone. This zone is a belt of recreational areas for longer stays and lies 30–60 km from Minsk. The reservoir is situated on the Udranka River.

The Sosnovy Bor Sanatorium is located on the bank of the Rybchanka River. Its grounds include artificial fountains and waterfalls; there is also an artificial lake with cascades, fountains, waterfalls, and a decorative canal. In summer, the sanatorium offers catamaran and boat rides.

When traveling to Udranka, finding a holiday apartment may be a priority.

Activities

The dam of the Udranka Reservoir is a hollow hydraulic structure with the canal running through its center. The hydraulic structures along the canal of the Vileika–Minsk water system are considered particularly interesting.

A cycling route passes through Vyazynka, Radashkovichy, the Udranka River, the main canal of the Vileika–Minsk water system, and Krasnoye (Usha railway station).

In 2024, the Udranka River near the village of Udranka was among the designated swimming areas.

Getting There

Bus route 432 connects Minsk with the Sosnovy Bor Sanatorium via Radaškovičy.
