Nature
The Shebenik-Jablanica National Park on the Librazhd side stretches for more than 30 kilometres from Steblevë to Rrajca and covers 33,929 hectares. Possible activities in Shebenik-Jabllanica National Park include nature walks, alpine hikes, exploring glacial lakes, panoramic photography, picnics and camping.
Lake Shebenik is a glacial lake at an altitude of more than 1,200 metres in Shebenik-Jabllanica National Park. It can be reached via the Librazhd–Rajcë or Qarrishtë route, followed by a footpath.
The Studna karst field lies at around 1,100 metres, covers 5.6 square kilometres, is surrounded by mountains and forest, and has tourist value. The Ice Cave in Librazhd is located in the Letmi Plain within Shebenik-Jabllanicë National Park and contains numerous stalactite and stalagmite formations.
At Lake Floqi, activities include mountain hiking, observing flora and fauna, and relaxing in nature. Lake Tragan offers opportunities for mountain hiking, birdwatching and relaxing in nature.
Culture
The Via Egnatia runs along the upper Shkumbin through the Librazhd highlands, from Miraka to Qukës. Important archaeological and cultural monuments are located along the route. Visitors can hike along the old course of the Via Egnatia and visit preserved sections of the ancient road.
The Kamara Bridge was built in 1715; its stone plaque with a Turkish inscription is preserved in the Librazhd Museum. In Mirakë, the Kamara Bridge is designated as a cultural monument and is located directly over the Shkumbin River before Librazhd.
The Librazhd Museum is considered a first-category museum of exceptional cultural value. It presents local economic life and includes family interiors such as a guest room and a bakery.
The Hermit's Cave of Koshorisht is a first-category cultural monument with biblical wall paintings depicting Christ, the Virgin Mary and other scenes.
Trails and Experiences
From “Skanderbeg's Table” near Pishkash, views extend across the Domosdova Plain, towards Qafë Thana and the Via Egnatia. In the Polis Mountains area, possible activities include winter tourism, winter sports, horse riding and skiing.
The cave at Bee Rock can be reached by car from Librazhd to Dardhë and then on foot through the Polis rock. Bee Rock contains a cave of scientific, educational and tourist value.
Hasan's Cave can be reached via rural roads in the Librazhd area.
