New twelve-storey hotel Palazzo Versace will be opened in one and a half years in the second largest emirate of the UAE, Dubai. The design of the project, realization of which will cost more than half a billion dollars, was developed by Milanese fashion house «Versace».

The new hotel complex in the UAE will include 213 rooms and 169 apartments. However, according to its management, the hotel will attract tourists not only with luxury apartments and impeccable service. The unique beach with artificial cooling will be located at the territory of the hotel. And guests will be able to enjoy sun bathing, not suffering from harassing heat.

Dubai is the most famous resort of the Persian Gulf. Tourist, who comes here on holiday, will find absolutely everything. Hotels, water parks, shopping centers, exhibition halls and museums. Large selection of entertainments for active recreation: sailing, diving, horse riding, archery, karting - it is just a small list of sports entertainments.
