Luxury villas on Bali in the near future will be put up for sale. One of the leading luxury estate developers in Asia Karma Resorts presented its new project of boutique villas on Bali. These villas will be located in the southeastern part of the island. The total number of offered for sale villas on Bali is 20. They are all part of one big resort - Karma Kandara Resort and Spa.
A collection of villas on Bali is presented by the houses in traditional Indonesian style, where there are villas with one, two or three bedrooms. The cost of a luxury real estate is estimated from 350,000 to 853,000 dollars. Each villa has air conditioner, spacious beds (double or king-size) and is equipped with separate bathrooms.
Karma Kandara Resort and Spa is located on the top of a rocky plateau, hanging over the Indian Ocean. Villas of the resort have access to one of the best club beaches on Bali - Nammos Private Beach Club. Not so long ago Karma Kandara Resort and Spa has been marked by such nominations as the "Best development project in Indonesia" and "Best New resort in Indonesia".
To date Bali is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Southeast Asia. The grow in number of bookings and tourists during January-August 2010 is amounted to over 11%. These figures were sounded in the interview of Michael Lewbl, managing director of Karma Kandara Resort and Spa. It is expected that in 2010 the number of tourists who choose to holiday on Bali will exceed 2.5 million. Rising popularity of Bali in recent years is largely a return of popularity of the Asian East.
For those who decide to buy a villa on Bali, Karma Resorts guarantee a return of five per cent of the value of the property when leasing villas in the next three years. Moreover, the owners of the villa have the right to use other real estate in Asia, which act under the name Karma Resorts. It may be a villa in Phuket, Chiang Mai and Samui in Thailand, Goa in India and Lombok in Indonesia.

Britain ask tourists to stay
VisitEngland national tourism agency decided to start the large-scale advertising campaign to promote holidays in the UK. Talking about the virtues of vacations on the beautiful austere British Isles the authors hoped to attract by this advertising concept at least some part of the multi-million flow of British tourists from hot resorts in Spain, Italy and Greece.
