A 2-hectare park was built for the residents of the Akzhar, Shugyla, and Tastybulak districts. It includes a football field, children’s play and sports areas, as well as a running track, a pedestrian area, and recreation areas. Those looking to rent a vacation apartment in Tastybulak can continue their accommodation search afterward.
Leisure
In the nearby area, a route leads through Aksay Gorge, descending via Tastybulak Gorge toward Kamenka and the lower Kargalinskoye Gorge. Also nearby, the Aksay Skete route offers an easy 4-kilometer option and a more challenging 8-kilometer option. Above the tree line, Aksay Gorge branches out, making various trekking routes possible there.
The waterfront area of the Tastybulak River is being improved between Sabdenov Street and Rayymbek Avenue. A 1.4-kilometer pedestrian promenade is planned along both banks of the Tastybulak River. The planned promenade is to include two children’s playgrounds as well as sports and workout zones; the promenade project also includes a pedestrian bridge.
History
The kurgans near Verkhnyaya Kamenka were reported not to have been preserved as museums and to have been damaged by development. Near Verkhnyaya Kamenka, there was a park on the grounds of the Aksay Republican Children’s Clinical Hospital that later partly developed a forest-like appearance, while dense vegetation partially concealed a kurgan.
