History
Roman origins have been documented for Üröm. Later, historical connections existed to a medieval monastery estate and royal winegrowers.
Üröm is home to a Greek Orthodox burial chapel dating from 1802, which is associated with Alexandra Pavlovna, the wife of Palatine József.
