In the southern part of the Maldives, in the reserve Thaa atoll, in the very near future will open a new romantic hotel The Regent Maldives of deluxe class. Located on the private island Maalefushi, the hotel is just 50 minutes from (on a seaplane) the capital, Male. This small coral island with beautiful sandy white beaches washed by crystal clear ocean is a corner of virgin nature and is ideal for holiday for lovers of romance and seclusion.

The Regent Maldives occupies the whole island and has 50 comfortable villas, 27 of which are built on stilts directly over the water, and also there is a magnificent view of the coast that opens from verandahs. The remaining 23 villas are located on the shore and built in classic Maldivian style. Five-star hotel The Regent Maldives is related to the famous Regent hotel chain, which makes for its exceptional comfort and service at the highest level. All villas are located on decent distance from each other, creating a sense of privacy and identity. Despite the primitive appearance of the villas - thatched houses, natural wood, stone, all the residences have all requirements of modern five-star hotels. Each building has the climate control, built-in bar, satellite TV and Internet access. In the villas, located on the shore there is a personal swimming pool and butler-service, the bathroom is made like an inner courtyard, where in addition to the usual amenities there is always the traditional Maldives outdoor shower.

The hotel also has a spa center with 8 individual bungalows, swimming pools, a pavilion for aromatherapy and yoga.
Despite being specialized in exotic seafood The Regent Maldives restaurant has in its menu classic dishes of different cuisines of different countries, but if you want on neighboring uninhabited islands can be organized romantic picnics.
