One more popular destination is the city of Jakarta. It is the mega city with an impressive skyline and a variety of shopping centers. Other popular destinations in Indonesia are the island of Sumatra, Java. You should also make a visit to the lacustrine dwellings in Batak villages, the Botanical Garden of Bogor, the Buddhist temple Borabudur and the Gunung Leuser National Park on Sumatra.
