Ski Vacation in Bulgaria

It seems that ski resorts in Bulgaria are flourishing now due to their excellent snow conditions and the flock of tourists.
Good snowfalls covered Bansko, Borovets and Pamporovo resorts so during the Christmas holidays all of them and Vitosha Mountain were full of tourists who skied there all day round. So, this gives the grounds for these resorts to expect a great number of skiers on New Year’s holidays, too.
Of course, there was a slight uncertainty that the new ski season in Borovets would not be as successful as it is now. Balkantourist Company said that the flock of tourists would totally depend on how much snow there would be in the resort. Fortunately, they had a good start this winter.
The Bulgarian ski resorts are very popular among the skiers from Britain. Another large group of tourists come from Russia – this year in Bulgarian ski resorts were more tourists from Russia than the previous one. More over, the ski resort become more and more popular with Bulgarian tourists as well.
