Sunny and cozy modern villa situated atop one of the green hills that surround Lake Trasimeno. The house boasts a wide-ranging, superb view of the lake to be enjoyed from the large, equipped terraces at the front of the house and the lovely swimming pool (bean-shaped, 6,5 x 2,4, depth 1,2 m). Peaceful position. Beautiful view. Convenient parking place for two cars on the property. Please note: from the living/dining room access to two equipped terraces (20 m2 and 28 m2) one of which covered, and both with view of the lake, going down a few steps from the second terrace one enters the area where the swimming pool is located, and going up there is a small shaded green area and another terrace located behind the house. From the living room one enters the open loft (wall-to-wall carpeting), with two beds, kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher) with breakfast table and access to the back terrace with barbecue, 2 double bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds (convertible into two floor beds), 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine). Supplementary ninth bed available (in cupboard). Possibility of tenth sleeping place to be paid on the spot (upon request). On the ground floor of the villa there are two locked rooms which are not to be used. There is a bathroom with shower at the guests disposal near the terrace in the swimming pool area. Fully and comfortably furnished. Central heating. LOCATION: 500 m the village of Castel Rigone (shops and basic services, bus stop).The lake is located 4 km away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car going along a road immersed in greenery for about 7 km. Passignano (all kinds of shops, restaurants), typical lake-side village with promenade along the lake, is 10 km away. Beautiful Perugia is only 25 km away. Very interesting geographic position convenient for excursions in both Umbria and Tuscany.
